At LATITUDE Chicago (1821 W. Hubbard Street, Suite 207 Chicago,IL 60622)
On July 22nd, Latitude will host an Open Studio with artist in residence David Rothenberg. David’s work has a relationship to time and chance. For the past several years, he has photographed in neighborhoods throughout his home borough of Queens, putting into focus some of the most culturally diverse places in the United States. These vitrine-like photographs — of unintentionally generated still life subjects — will be presented as an installation of Inkjet prints. Come to the lab between 6:00-7:30pm to see select works by David. Remarks will be shared at 6:30pm.
Masks are required for this event. If you are in need of accommodation to attend, please email programming@latitudechicago.org so these can be coordinated.
